They may also have a lower risk for some other diseases such as constipation, diverticular disease, gallstones and appendicitis.

In the article “Study finds association between processed meat and disease”, the author MacVean said that there is link between eating red meat can cause premature death. The study uses 10 European countries in the European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition over one to two decades in order to found out meat as a factor to cancer and sires diseases.”

This article is show how meat-based diets can hurt the environment and animals. Meat based  hurt animals because people miss treat them so they can just get the meat. Hurting the environment is just as big as hurting animals. If people do not care about the environment we are hurting ourselves. We live on this plant and therefore we should take care of it.
